Combo Fix and RMM tool

I am trying to increase my tool bag and remote capabilities. I am running an RMM tool and would like to be able to script out Combofix in those last resort situations. I currently have Malwarebytes installed and registered. I run full scans once aweek on my machines. But here lately Malwarebytes is not picking up the malware that it was. Any ideas would be great in this fight!
