BleepingComputer.com: Multiple Issues, redirection, Mcafee shutting down

Hi, I hope you can help

Im really struggling with this there are a few things installed on my computer I cant get rid of.

- I use Mcafee, registered through sky they give me it with the internet
- I have tried Spybot S&D
- I have tried Malwarebytes programme too

Some symptoms -

1) win32.FraudLoad.edt (S&D found it) It doesnt detect it anymore
2) win32.Palevo (S&D found it) It doesnt detect it anymore
3) windows security centre disabled (S&D found it) It starts Ok on reboot but then always disables
4) There is something in internet explorer because it often opens up a random page instead of the one ive clicked on, often when I look in history the computers been using the internet to visit sites that I havent been to mainly casino adverts and banner sites, adultfriendfinder etc..
5) When I try and load Spybot S&D it sometimes tells me there is no Disk, please insert disk into drive!, I eventually manage to get around it but looks like somethings messing with it. (Maybe a symptom - or maybe not ive moved the source files from the install to another partition - could this be it?)
6) Mcaffee often switches itself off completely
7) Mcaffee sometimes switches off parts of the programme exposing vulnerabilites
8)Ive found now to my misery that ebay is been interfered with by the Spybot S&D! Maybe just a side effect of using the software but its annoying because it blocks me selling anything.

Ive attached log files from Hijackthis, dds, gmer, mbrcheck and a few screenshots of trojans found. TDS Killer doesnt find anything to report. Hopefully there will be enough information in there!

In order for me to see the status of the infection I will need a new set of logs to start with.

Please print out or make a copy in notpad of any instructions given, as sometimes it is necessary to go offline and you will lose access to them.

DeFogger:

Please download DeFogger to your desktop.

Double click DeFogger to run the tool.

• The application window will appear
  
• Click the Disable button to disable your CD Emulation drivers
  
• Click Yes to continue
  
• A 'Finished!' message will appear
  
• Click OK
  
• DeFogger may ask you to reboot the machine, if it does - click OK

Do not re-enable these drivers until otherwise instructed.

Download DDS:

Please download DDS by sUBs from one of the links below and save it to your desktop:

Please disable any anti-malware program that will block scripts from running before running DDS.


• Double-Click on dds.scr and a command window will appear. This is normal.
  
• Shortly after two logs will appear:
  
  • DDS.txt
    
  • Attach.txt
  
  
• A window will open instructing you save & post the logs
  
• Save the logs to a convenient place such as your desktop
  
• Copy the contents of both logs & post in your next reply

Scan With RKUnHooker

• Please Download Rootkit Unhooker Save it to your desktop.
  
• Now double-click on RKUnhookerLE.exe to run it.
  
• Click the Report tab, then click Scan.
  
• Check (Tick) Drivers, Stealth,. Uncheck the rest. then Click OK.
  
• Wait till the scanner has finished and then click File, Save Report.
  
• Save the report somewhere where you can find it. Click Close.

Copy the entire contents of the report and paste it in a reply here.

Note** you may get this warning it is ok, just ignore

"Rootkit Unhooker has detected a parasite inside itself!
It is recommended to remove parasite, okay?"

"just click on Cancel, then Accept".
