BleepingComputer.com: Possible infection, Redirects, stopped services, no sound

cant seem to get Gmer to include anything other than services, registry and files, everything else is greyed out and unchecked.
I use a few select programs all the time, in every install. all are "trusted" but im starting to think 1 may be suspect, not sure which one...
Had this Win7x64 install for a couple months now, i have a slic registration, with clean Win7 OS disk.
system "seemed fine" untill i installed win7x86 onto anotehr partition... that install was real bad, unstable, laggy, redirects etc...
now i log back onto this x64 install and half my services are stopped... no sound lol... pretty sur ei have a real deep virus that i upset when i installed that x86 onto the other partition.. MBR maybe?
Nothing ever detects a virus...if i have a virus... i've most likey had it for a while now a year or longer.. and its deep.. and hides well, i've scanned several times and used many antivirus withint he past year ++ and never find anything... i ALLWAYS get redirects...allways have gotten them, and they are so annoying..

anyways i hope you guys can help find something

not too sure where my Gmer log went.. named it ark.txt, saved to desktop... not there, program closed......
it deffinatly showed something, there was an entry before i saved (program closed, no save file)

is it possible this is locally infected.. maybe after we can secure from possible local attacks...

In order for me to see the status of the infection I will need a new set of logs to start with.

Please print out or make a copy in notpad of any instructions given, as sometimes it is necessary to go offline and you will lose access to them.

DeFogger:

Please download DeFogger to your desktop.

Double click DeFogger to run the tool.

• The application window will appear
  
• Click the Disable button to disable your CD Emulation drivers
  
• Click Yes to continue
  
• A 'Finished!' message will appear
  
• Click OK
  
• DeFogger may ask you to reboot the machine, if it does - click OK

Do not re-enable these drivers until otherwise instructed.

Please download DDS by sUBs from one of the links below and save it to your desktop:

Please disable any anti-malware program that will block scripts from running before running DDS.


• Double-Click on dds.scr and a command window will appear. This is normal.
  
• Shortly after two logs will appear:
  
  • DDS.txt
    
  • Attach.txt
  
  
• A window will open instructing you save & post the logs
  
• Save the logs to a convenient place such as your desktop
  
• Copy the contents of both logs & post in your next reply
