There are sites where I want to play a video but it doesn't play and in the task bar it says Java void. This happens in all 3 browsers - Firefox, IE7 and Chrome.

In my Firefox Add-ons extensions I've got are
Java Console 6.0.17, 6.0.20, 6.0.15, 6.0.22, 6.0.24, 6.0.21, 6.0.26
enabled. I've also got the Java Platform 6.0.26.3 enabled.

Are the extensions possibly why it won't play? If I disable all but the most recent will that work?

I'd also love it if someone might be willing to test and see if the videos will play for them - I'll give the link if you want. Possibly you might be able to figure out why it won't play.

Thanks!

You're getting a JavaScript error. This has nothing to do with Java. You need to update Flash. Uninstall the old version using the uninstall tool at this link and then download a fresh copy.

I just went through that about a week ago. I've got the latest flash and my videos play everywhere else just not on this one site.

Well, it wants me to log in and I'm not creating an account for this. And I'm not on Facebook. You will have to do better than that.

Thanks for your responses, anyway. I'll need to contact someone there.

It seems like if there's a problem, it is likely with that specific clip and has to be fixed at their end.

Unfortunately, it is all of the videos but most people are able to view them. Flash and Java are always giving me a lot of trouble but I've been able to fix most of it before but nothing has worked for this.
