Is this a good low-end gaming PC?

I'm planning on building a new PC in the near future. I'm looking to build a pretty good gaming PC that would allow me to play games such as Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 pretty well. Are these specs any good?

Power Supply: Corsair 500w PSU (already own)
Graphics: ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 5670 PCI Express (already own)
Motherboard: ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 - AMD 890GX - Socket AM3 - PCI-E 2.0 (x16) - DDR3 2000(OC) - SATA 6Gb/s - SATA RAID - ATX
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 Quad 955 Core 3.2GHz Processor 4 x 512 KB Boxed - Black Edition
Memory: Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 SDRAM Memory
Case: CiT Saturn Blue Midi Tower Gaming Case

Would my PSU be able to power all of this? Thanks in advance!

You rather get the 900 series chipset which will enable you to upgrade to the Bulldozer processors when they come out.

If you already own the PSU and GPU, then it may not make sense to replace them until the Radeon 7000 arrives, which should be in a few months or so, if you can wait. If you aren't planning on using Crossfire, the ASUS M5A97 EVO AM3+ AMD 970 is a good choice. Unlike the Gigabyte board above, it has the easier-to-use UEFI BIOS and, unlike the board you suggested, is a 900 series. If you are going to Crossfire, the ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM3+ AMD 990FX is one of the best.
