Only members of the Malware Response Team or Moderators are allowed to help people with logs. Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log.

When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.

Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

uninstall these

Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX
Adobe Flash Player 10 Plugin

and then let them get reinstalled and see if you have the same problem

OK, I've done that. We'll see what happens. Thanks ever so much for your help. It was worth waiting for. Can you point me to a white paper that describes the methodology and tools that you've used to help me, and so many others. I'm interested in specifics such as how to pick up anomalies in the various reports that the tools we've used generate. Thanks again for your help.
