Do to the fact that i found "Zugo Toolbar" in "Manage add on's" while troubleshooting for my internet issues , i had disabled all my add on's manually in manage add on's to maybe diable the Zugo toolbar to see if that was the issue considering i was told that Zugo is part of white smoke !
Believe it or not , im actually posting this reply right now in normal mode , didn't die or pause like usually !
im going to see if i can get all my normally used browsers to work the same as IE (no add ons) and let you know if its working or not !

what happened ? its working now ..All my browsers are now working
i wonder what was wrong and what fixed it though and when was it fixed and if its going to stay this way !
Also , on normal mode boot up , the same issues still occur and getting worst !
It seems to have a skip or a pause once the boot sound prompts , like when the windows XP loading bar is done and the screen comes up and starts loading all my icons , that's when the Note pad pops up with the following ..
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787
Along with the THotkey.exe retrieval error code 0x00031402,0x00000002
the task tray shows a hour glass on the cursor and the THotkey.exe error prompt sound is late , out of time ...Its like it all becomes responsive all at the same time .. the windows prompt sound and the THotkey.exe error prompt sound all just Jump out all at the same time as if the computer was stuck or something !
Im gong to do a restart and see if the browsers can still get online successfully again !

but for some reason it works when i go to IE through the path you requested me to use !
right now im in normal mode but the only way i could get here is from IE (no add ons)
Also , Lastnight and today when i look at my task manager to see if somethings acting up , the only thing i've noticed is my CPU .. every 10-15 seconds it clips %100
And i mean literally .. Non stop pattern like this
....^....^....^....^....^....^....^....^.... <just like that when i look in Preformance in the task manager and every time it does this the hard drive runs like crazy as if its trying to load something but can't or is but lil at a time? i dont know but hopfully this information will help !

Sorry for the delay. We took a couple of days and headed to our beautiful NC mountains.
We need to run an OTL Fix to restore two files that I had you delete.
- Please reopen
on your desktop. - Copy and Paste the following code into the
textbox. Do not include the word "Code"
:files C:\WINDOWS\System32\000StTHK.exe|C:\_OTL\MovedFiles\07262011_134208\C_WINDOWS\system32\000StTHK.exe /replace C:\WINDOWS\System32\000THotkey.exe|C:\_OTL\MovedFiles\07262011_134208\C_WINDOWS\system32\000THotkey.exe /replace
- Push

- OTL may ask to reboot the machine. Please do so if asked.
- Click
. - A report will open. Copy and Paste that report in your next reply.
Since the 'no add-ons' worked after we ran ComboFix, I assume it took care of a problem which re-occurred. Let's try something different.
Download a fresh copy of ComboFix from either of the links below, and save it to your desktop.
Link 1
Link 2
**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
1. Close any open browsers.
2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs
THEN, download one of the following Rkill programs to your desktop and run it. If you are unable run the Rkill you downloaded, download another one, and try it.
Rkill.exe
Rkill.com
Rkill.scr
Rkill.pif
Next, double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
Under System Tools, try the IE with no add-ons
In your reply, copy in the contents of the OTL Fix and the ComboFix reports and let me know how the 'no add-ons' goes.

Ok just to let you know , i Obviously didn't need an OEM do to the fact that after my last post the re-format installation was successful
As a matter a fact im posting this in Normal mode while online
Shannon, you and cryptodan were A great help to me and a very good inspiration
Is there anyway i could do some type of online course to learn how to become part of the Malware Response Team?
After what I've been through with it all , it really pissed me off and caused me to wanna help do something about it and to help make a difference !
I lost just about everything i worked on with my PC cause i was scared to back up some files in fear that they may have something hiddin in em !
Something really bad was in my system before we me and my friend Dan did the re-format installation and i was hoping to find out what it was and where it was located to log it and inform yall of it but it didn't happen that way cause all my net dropped out GONE
Damn Viruses
I wanna help please
Next year i hope to either go to Florida or go camping with my 2 lil boys in the great smoky mountains
Like i said , i appreciate your help and if i did , i didn't mean to waste your time with this issue 'Topic" ..I didn't think it would get this bad but it did .
Thank you so much

OEM is "Original Equipment Manufacturer". In the automobile world, that is a meaningful term, but, in my opinion, in the computer world it is pretty worthless term since so many manufacturers are involved in producing a laptop.
The BC training program
Microsoft will be supporting XP until at least 2014.
Good Luck!!
