New microphone issues

Okay i got this mic about a month ago, and all of a sudden today the volume drops and then then it stops working all together i've restarted my computer pulled it out and plugged it back in again, and updated my audio drivers. I need this for work, does anyone have any idea what might be going on, I don't really think it's the mic itself.
