Infected with Windows 7 Repair Cant remove it/unable to find malware using steps provided

When I start the computer the malware starts immediately showing me a window stating I have all kinds of viruses, system error pop ups, ect. Also I cannot see any of the desktop items or start menu icons. I have avast installed; however I had to disable it because it was acting nuts and wouldn't allow me to open iExplore. I followed the steps found under "Remove Windows 7 Repair (uninstall guide". I was able to stop the malware with RKill; however was unable to find any malware with tdsskiller or malwarebytes' anti-malware. I currently have malwarebytes, iExplore, gmer, dds, and tdsskiller on the desktop and have ran all of these to no avail. I ran dds and created the following report:
