When I try and boot my computer, Windows will load and the login screen will appear for no more then 10 seconds before it crashes with a runtime error with the option to click OK or exit and either option results in a BSOD. Currently, I am able to get into safemode and I have run MBAM, Spybot, and MBER with not obvious signs of infection.

Where should I start and what should I do?

With the information you have provided I believe you will need help from the malware removal team.
Please make sure that you read the information about getting started first.
Then start a new thread HERE and include or required logs.
Including a link to this thread will be helpful.
