I'm on a Dell Inspiron E1505 32bit. Every time i turn it on, it always goes to the startup repair, even when i restart, it still goes back. I do have the OS disk, but that's my last resort because i have all my files in my computer. Please help me out, thanks in advance!

1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?
2) Can you boot to safe mode?

1. I honestly have no clue, but I did run Wise register cleaner.
2. No, I can't.

Well, that's your problem. Registry cleaners CAUSE problems, they don't fix them. You can try system restore from Vista's recovery environment (see the link below). If that doesn't work you can do a parallel install (install a second instance of Vista) so you can access the files you need and copy them to off-disc media - then you can format and reinstall from scratch. In the future you should do two things: 1) stay away from registry utilities and 2) use disc imaging software so you can recover from any similar issues
