BleepingComputer.com: Internet Issues- HijackThis Log

I have an MSI netbook with Windows 7, Malwarebytes and Symantic antivirus. A few days ago my internet stopped working and my scans said that I had a couple of Trojan.Gen2 and 2 Backdoor.Cybot infections, which were quarantined and I was able to delete one backdoor and the trojans but it would only partially remove the other backdoor. For a few hours everything seemed to be in working order and then my internet just stopped working again.

I'm hoping something in the Hijackthis log shows what needs to be removed. I use my computer for basically everything, so I can't really go much longer without access.

Antivirus just alerted me that I had two Riskware.Win32 infections as well.

Hi Blazeorfade,

• Download OTL to your desktop.
  
• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  
• When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.
  
• Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
  
• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply.
