Hi my computer is shuting down, it tells me that it needs to check my disk for consistency.
It then starts up again, and today it shut down again 3 more times, in the end I just switch off the computer.

You need to perform a chkdsk /r and let it run. You can do this via Start > All Programs > Accessories > right click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator.
type in:
chkdsk /r
hit enter
then hit y to confirm.
What version of Windows do you have?
