Need XP Chipset Driver for Vista Downgrade

Just got a new PC (HP a6433w), and it came with Vista installed. I'm looking to downgrade to XP Professional and I need some essential drivers to do so. First off, I've searched the entire net looking for the XP chipset driver with no luck. I would be greatly appreciative if someone could find a link where I can download that. BTW, the mobo is:
ASUS IPIBL-LB (BENICIA-GL8E)

This is the main driver I'm having trouble finding, but if anyone could locate the other drivers that I'll be needing, I'd be extremely grateful.

I just had a look at the HP site and their is no drivers for XP. You might want to use Windows 7 as your OS because Microsoft will end all of the support to XP in April 2014.

before you downgrade it please read this article...
Changing the Operating System from Windows Vista to Windows XP

if you already downgrade it...
for chipset driver you could try download from different types of HP desktop computer that use Northbridge chipset: Intel G33 Express...
or you could download it from intel website...

select Intel® G33 Express Chipset and download what driver you need (Graphics Driver/Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility/Intel® Matrix Storage Manager)

Many newer systems were not designed to run XP. If HP does not offer a chipset driver you should either stay with Vista or go with W7 (if drivers are available)

HP does not offer drivers for windows 7 but you could try using the Vista driver which might work.

Not a fan of that. If HP only offers drivers for Vista, stay with Vista.

HP does offer chipset drivers for Vista and 7 (both 32 & 64 bit). I think I will be going with the 7 Ultimate instead of going back to XP. The hard drive is 500gb, should I partition it down the middle (250/250), and install 7 on the new 250gb partition? The PC is currently running Vista Home Premium 64 bit, so I know it can support a 64 bit OS. Would I experience an increase in speed if I installed a 32 bit version of 7 Ultimate? Or would it be the same speed if I used the 64 bit version of 7 Ultimate?

I just had a look at the windows 7 section and there is no chipset driver for it, only a BIOS update and some multimedia software. Also why do want to partition the hard drive for? According to HP, you only have 3GB of ram installed, so if your gonna upgrade it to 4GB or more then go with 64bit windows. It would be pretty much the same speed. Also you don't need to buy windows 7 ultimate, most users would be suited with Home Premium.
