Can you replace a graphics card on an integrated chip? Just a quick question...

Hi there again, you may have seen my other topic in the Windows 7 forum, in which I was having troubles with my Video Card, or so I suspect.

In the event that I must get a new graphics card, since I have an intergrated chip, would that mean I have to get a whole new Motherboard, or could I just hook up a new one to my Motherboard, assuming I have an open slot? A link to my computers specs can be found here, although I replaced my HDD with a 1TB Seagate Barracuda. Also, the graphics card is actually a G45, although when I googled it, that was all that came up. In fact, the only sites that had the G45 listed were memory upgrade sites <_<

Any help will be appreciated!

Since it's a desktop...if you have open slots...you can simnply install a video card and disable the onboard graphics.
