Hello! Dee-Nice here. I am trying to reinstall my AIO Dell 966 Printer wirelessy and having trouble. It installs using a USB connection just fine, however I am clueless about how to update drivers to get the wireless connection going. Can you help?

Hi Dee-Nice,

What is your computer's make/brand and operating system?
Have you read the user manual?

The computer is a Dell Inspiron 1520 wireless laptop. I have been reading the user manual, but no network connection is being detected as I follow the instructions.

Does the laptop connect wirelessly?

Looks like this particlar Dell has a wireless adapter that needs to be installed.
Did you do that?
Installing the Dell 966 Internal Wireless/Ethernet Adapter
In the beginning there was the command line.

Provided you do have the wireless adapter installed, you need to first connect the printer via USB as you have, then install the software/drivers. At some point during the software install yoy will be prompted to remove the USB cable.

Okay. I am currently out of town and won't be able to resume troubleshooting for 1 week. I will be in touch then with exactly what messages I get as I attempt the downloading problems.
