Okay with all that has been tried I would go with what dirtdog900 has suggested, apparently 2 GB of RAM is not carrying you very far with what your currently running, although I have used Windows XP 32 Bit fine with only 2 GB and ran various computer games, that does not mean your system will handle with the same results.

So adding another GB of RAM might actually be your best bet. :thumbup2:

There is no point of me upgrading it to another GB since this uses DDR2 and i am still waiting if my mum lets me build a brand new system.

Me too.

If your really headed towards a faster hard drive over RAM, paging on an SSD would be much better. You also do not have to defrag it. Games would load faster, also, if stored on that drive.

if you really want buy a new harddrive than buy it...but I believe your bottlenecking will not solved...
your bottlenecking is not from your harddrive...
from computer specs that you give I think it between mainboard, vga and memory...

does you add Asus EAH5670 1GB after you buy your computer or its come when you buy your computer?
