BleepingComputer.com: I think computer is infected with a redirect virus.

I have a machine that I use at work and at home. At home (but not at work) I get am redirected to dodgy sites. It happens when I click a link from a Google search; interestingly, it doesn't seem to happen with any other search engine. I can still get to the webpage I want using Google, but I have to close the page that I am redirected to and then click the link again; because doing that is tedious and I don't like the idea of any nasties on my computer, and I don't want to be restricted from being able to use Google, I hope I can be assisted in removing the virus.
I have tried TDSS killer, Malwarebytes, Kaspersky virus removal tool,Hitman Pro3, and Symantec Antivirus, but, even though various threats have been found and removed, nothing has stopped the redirects occurring.

Got it fixed - it seems. Followed the processes advised in MajorGeeks about removing viruses and it seems my modem/router was hijacked. So a combination of flushing IE and Firefox, and DNS, and resetting modem/router seems to have worked.
