Posted Image When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.

Internet explorer issue

I am having issues with internet explorer and trying to connect to malwarebytes website and servers for software updates it keeps getting redirected as well as avast antivirus saying a threat has been deteted. When I try to go to the malwarebytes website via google search it gets redirected to two seperate websites....<br>

I have ran antivirus with zero hits and malwarebytes non-updated (since it wont connect to update) finds a few hits...but remove doesnt remove them. This is the report for hijackthis<br><br>

Hi,

Please do the following:

Please download DDS from either of these links

LINK 1
LINK 2

and save it to your desktop.
  • Disable any script blocking protection
  • Double click dds to run the tool.
  • When done, two DDS.txt's will open.
  • Save both reports to your desktop.

NEXT

Please download aswMBR ( 511KB ) to your desktop.
  • Double click the aswMBR.exe icon to run it
  • Click the Scan button to start the scan
  • On completion of the scan, click the save log button, save it to your desktop and post it in your next reply.
