Did it work prior to installing Windows 7 Ultimate?

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

Then you may need to revert back if you want the wireless adapter to work.

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

I have the same B575 model laptop as you and I have no problems installing Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit on it. This lenovo model uses the AR9285 chipset for its b/g/n wifi adapter. In other words, this is a Atheros-based chipset so you should be using drivers from them instead of from RaLink which is a completely different vendor and chipset manufacturer.

Take a look at this page and see if it works.

I HAVE THE SOULTION FOR THE WIRELESS PROBLEM!!!!

I got the correct Atheros driver off of the original harddrive. It can be gound under the Lenovo partion in the drivers folder. It works perfectly! If you would like a zip file of the driver, I would be happy to email it to whoever needs it. Has anyone solved the problem of the system not powering off yet!?
