BleepingComputer.com: Wireless adaptor will not turn on

I recently bought a laptop and everything worked fine with the factory install (Windows 7 Home Premium). To get rid of bloatware and take advantage of additional Windows features I wiped the hard drive and installed Windows 7 Ultimate. Now the wireless adaptor will not turn on. It shows up in the Device Manager and in Network Connections in the Control Panel. When I try to connect wirelessly it reports "No connections are available." After running Windows Network Diagnostics it suggests turning on wireless capability. The switch on the front of the computer is on but when I open Lenovo Wireless Device Settings (Fn+F5) it does not show up there. When the computer is booting the LED that indicates power to the wireless adaptor comes on but it goes out once Windows starts to load. When booting with the wireless switch off the LED stays off the whole time. The wired connection is working just fine. Requested information and MiniToolBox log below.

In Services I saw that Wireless AutoConfig has a Status and Startup Type of Started and Automatic, respectively.

What version of Windows came installed 32bit or 64bit?

And you installed the 64bit driver?

Lenovo's website has the same driver listed as 32 and 64 bit.

I got a 404 when I went to that link but I was able to find a driver on Ralink's website. I installed the first one listed here. It seems to have had no effect.
