BleepingComputer.com: Browser Redirect Virus

Hi everyone, my browser has been hijacked so everytime I search google or yahoo it brings up the correct results but when I click on the links it redirects me to various other sites. Here are the results from my combofix log. Can someone please help me? Thank you, Gabby
