I don't think you need that level of repair. As long as you leave those svchost.exe processes alone.
Keep en eye on your
CPU usage with the task manager. Run your computer for a while and check the CPU again later on.
It shouldn't be spiking up to 100% unless you're really asking your CPU to work hard...i.e. watching HD videos, or running several programs at once.
If it stays around 100%
all the time, it's probably
overheating so
be sure to let us know if that happens!!
As long as those conditions are not met, I think you're good to go!
Run the Checkdisk utility just
one last time, and as long as there are no other problems with your machine, you should be fine.
