AutoDATA 3.24 program won't open

When I try to open AutoDATA 3.24 program doesn't open, and also eats up all of my CPU usage. I found it on task manager in processes tab four times.I run windows 7 ultimate

Reason for edit: Moved from Win 7 to Am I infected.

It appears this program is not compatible or not designed to work with Windows 7.

A quick google search for "download install AutoData 3.24" results in some......less than reputable hits.
