When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Running a Tosheba Laptop with Windows 7. I had a virus/Malware and was able to remove with the help of tutorials here. I have also run "Unhide" on system. I still can not get submenus from the Programs menu. I can copy and paste the program exe to the folder and that adds the submenu icon. I do notice that I will get "access denied" on such folders as Applcation Data and I am running with Administrative rights. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Also system restore does not work, takes awhile like it is working but says system restore did not change anything, try again.

Let's see, if we have any backups...

Please download SystemLook from one of the links below and save it to your Desktop.
