To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

For the past couple of weeks, I have noticed that an unknown virus has been sending unauthorized e-mails from my account to my yahoo contacts list with subjects titles such as "Amazing! You will feel something new and unforgettable!" or "no subject" or just the number "1" or "9". The body of the e-mails will have something to the effect of "...Do you want to have funny time tonight? So, this is especially for you! http://www.liscen.com/friends.page.php?ulyahooID=83up8".

If anyone can help with removing this I would greatly appreciate it.

One important question...
Do you actually see those messages in "Sent" folder, or you know it because your friends told you?

Most likely.
If the issue was caused by some infection on your computer, changing a password probably wouldn't help.
