Ok. . . I've run Malwarebites, Spybot and even some on-line security programs in hope of jarring loose some kind of odd bug. I've run all kinds of diagnostics and the only thing I've found is this Faulting Application Warning for hpasset.exe, version 3.0.0.3
The symptoms have made me think it was my graphics card but not the case it would seem. So here I am, a total dummy about PCs and making them work, etc. in hope that someone might be able to shine light on this issue and help me resolve things quickly.
Thanks!
