My budget for the new computer is: 500-800

What are the primary uses for this computer? Small business computer, acts as a server for a vehicle estimating system.

What software do you intend on using on the computer? Word,Audatex Estimating, Stellix management system. (For a collision repair shop)

Do you play games? No

Do you tend to have a lot of programs running at the same time? Yes, Most times we will have 2 to 3 programs running at once

Do you store a lot of pictures or music on the computer? No

My boss will only buy Dell. All of the above will run on his current dell (6yesr old) 1.6 ghz computer but it is at the bottom of the recommend specs. Please recommend a tower and also where to buy.

Would prefer Win7.
