BleepingComputer.com: All programs missing & much more

Hello, I am new here and I am having some major issues!!! I hope you guys can help me. I noticed all my downloads were gone, but I figured out they were hidden. All my program files were gone as well as admin tools. I have popups now and spybot has been disabled. My favorites seem to be gone, but when I tried to add a website to my tab bar it said it was already there. I was able to bring back some programs on the all programs menu. I have no clue what I have done. Also, I get a lot of "celebuzz" pop ups, I don't know if that helps.

I don't know if I did this right but I hope so :

Maybe you can help me again.....Now sometimes when I click a website it sends me to another, how do I locate and remove this virus?

One last question...this is weird but when I try to play an online video I have no sound. For example on MTV.com. It started when I started having the other problems. My media player works fine and my volume controls are fine too. Thanks!
