About 8 months ago my friend's laptop was infected with malware that was redirecting his search results from most major search engines. He tried most freeware to no avail, and ultimately said that he solved the problem by changing his DNS server to the OpenDNS one, but never was able to determine what the original issue was, or locate and remove any malware.
On Wednesday evening I connected my laptop to his network (verizon fios supplied wireless router) for the first time, and once I entered the wireless WEP key and connected my CPU usage shot way up unexpectedly. After a short time it dropped back down to normal, however, I've now got the redirect bug; about 3/4 of my clicks on google and yahoo redirect to advertisements. Spybot, Avast, and Malwarebytes found nothing and the TDSS-Killer from Kasperspy came up empty. Hitman Pro found dvrocxrus.dll and dvrocxchs.dll which it claimed to be a rootkit and trojan respectively, but removing them has yet to solve the problem. I use the MVPS host file (which I removed so I could upload the DDS log), and there are no new or strange host entries. I need help...
This is occuring in Firefox, I don't use IE or have any other browsers installed.
In addition to my laptop, there are two desktops and another laptop currently connected to the network.
I threw ZoneAlarm on and set the network to the internet domain to prevent further spreading, but would like to be able to remove this from my PC instead of using a DNS server workaround; I often use this laptop to connect to other networks, and can't really do so if I'm likely to spread a plague.

Thanks in advance for any assistance. The DDS log is below:
