Search Results Redirect Problem When searching the browser redirects to spurious sites

Hello,

I am running Vista 32 bit with all the MS updates and IE9

I had a rather nasty virus on the computer that was even showing up in Safe Mode.

It was refusing to let me run anything under Safe Mode until I managed to use RKILL. This appeared to allow me to install Malware Bytes. This found 3 trojans and cleaned them. I then also ran the ESET online scanner and that found 3 as well. All appeared to be cleaned correcly.

BUT, there is still something left in my browser causing it to redirect to spurious search results.

I have checked the hosts file and that looks OK. I have had a look at the browser addons and disabled and ones i dont want but it still continues to redirect.

Can anyone offer me any tips on what to do next please?

Ive run TDSSKiller and it found nothing.

I have also just run a complete Malware Bytes Scan and it found nothing. log is below:
