Hi, I have a Toshiba Satellite C655 laptop and about 3 days ago, the \ key started sticking. it would beep for a few seconds well before loading the OS, then it would start ghostwriting in my password box. i took out the key, wiped it but to no avail. Everytime i hibernated or started up the machine, this has been happening. sometimes the annoying beeping sound will stop if i shake the laptop. today, i found i could not login as about 4 keys have stopped responding completely including my enter key and also including keys i need for my password. thank God for onscreen keyboard which i'm typing with right now, loads of fun as you can imagine. i updated the keyboard driver and ran a hijack this scan but i haven't set it to fix anything because i wasn't sure what to select. my numberpad i am now discovering is also down, the number lock won't come on. i don't have an external keyboard at hand to try that either. can someone please help me?

I just ran a malwarebytes' anti-malware scan and no malicious items were detected as per their report.

thanks in advance!
