When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I have something causing my searches to redirect to other sites randomly. I have tried a couple tutorials to remove the google redirect virus, but some of the files they say to find here and there don't exist. For example several of them said to use tdsskiller and to use the exe not the zip both show that nothing is found. Maleware bytes found a trojan, but only once and I still randomly get the redirects while using a search engine. So, I'm not sure I have that redirect virus or something else. I don't know where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello.

Please follow the instructions in This Guide starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
