When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I am not seeing this problem unfortunately and noone else is reporting a problem. Do you have the same antivirus programs running on both computers?

I have tried 3 computers and 3 different browsers - none will get past the 66% download point.

I, and others, can't seem to replicate the problem. Maybe an issue with your router or network?

I logged onto a different network, and the download worked. I have launched unhide.exe on the infected computer - icons are reappearing!
Thank you for your help!!

Hi there, complete newcomer here. Just wanted to register to say thanks for this awesome software! It really saved my neck today after being hit by FakeHDD, I thought it'd be a pain to get everything back to normal but I'm right back on track. Thanks again!
