To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Vista Security 2012 malware, missing files, redirect & shutdown

Hello,
I am a first time visitor and request your help. My computer first started showing the Vista security 2012. It now closes explorer a few times a day with data protection, some start up files do not open, my favorites and file are missing and I occasionally get the blue screen(we shut it down). I have run spyware doctor and malware. I have removed pestic and trojan.exe.shell.gen. I greatly appreciate your help and thank you in advance.
