Infected PC Sending Spam

I received a few phone calls from my ISP that my computer is being used to send spam messages. I have run Malware Bytes several times and the following keeps coming back, even after deletion, quarantine and reboot:

Registry Values Infected:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\host (Malware.Trace) -> Value: host -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\id (Malware.Trace) -> Value: id -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

Any help would be appreciated.
