When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi all.

I found this language website when I was searching for phrasal verbs earlier. I found it very instructive so I registered. I got the confirmation email and was able to sign in but when I was saving my basic info, I got this message saying something like my profile has been banned because I was tagged as a spammer and that the ban will never be lifted! I haven't even posted anything yet.

I closed the browser, pulled up the website after more or less an hour but it still won't let me view anything and with a message "Sorry. You do not have permission to enter the Forums. Do you use Onspeed? Please disable it to use WordReference.com." What is Onspeed? I don't even have it installed in my computer. And why did I get that message that I was a spammer?!

Oh, and another thing. I think it's about 2 days now that I can't access my YM. I can access Yahoo Mail but can't access Yahoo Messenger. I always make sure I type in the correct username and password. I even changed the password today but still the same problem. It keeps on telling me to try again.

Btw, I'm using Windows 7, Dual Core processor.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.
