Windows Live Mail - Can't send Mail Error message- A problem occurred

If I try to start a new email or reply or forward an email I get the following message: "A problem occurred trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again." It reocurs no matter how many times I try. I am using Windows Live Mail 2011. I tried to run repair on the install. I ran ccleaner. Also, I did a reatore. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks.

I did a complete uninstall and re install of Windows Live Mail and still have the same problem. Not sure what to tryu next.

I ran windows update and that fixed the problem
