Hi,

I'm a self-taught techie and was ecstatic to find this forum. It may be the coolest thing I've ever seen. It can be hard to get legitimate answers on the internet for almost any topic. Hopefully I will be able to contribute to this community as well in the future. Currently I'm trying to clean a friend's pc which appears to have malware in the form of a rootkit. I am incredibly grateful that this site offers quality assistance with this type of thing.
