userinit.exe - Application Faliure Windows XP going nuts on me

Hey everybody,
Recently, I have booted up my computer and for no apparent reason, my userinit.exe is failing to initialize after I log in from the login screen.

I can hit [CTRL]+[ALT]+[DELETE] and run userinit.exe from the task manager and Windows functions just fine, but I'm not quite sure as to why it won't simply startup in the first place. Any help?
