Windows XP Restore VIRUS Need help removing Windows XP Restore Virus

I have tried superantispyware followed by full scan with malware bytes. I think the computer (which appears to be running windows xp) had two different viruses on it. XP Internet Security 2012 and this Windows XP Restore. The former I think may be removed but the latter won't get removed. If I go to start menu and click programs it shows as being empty amongst other issues. I have regained access to internet and can access programs by going directly to c:/ drive.

Please help, assistance is much appreciated. If you need me to run any programs and run reports, please let me know and I can post them up - the sooner I can receive help the better as this is my work computer.
