Google redirect problem Redirects to other domains - tries to download file first

Hello,

have a redirect problem with google and yahoo / firefox and ie8. After clicking the SE link I am redirected to technetcast.com and other sites. Most of the times it wants to download a file. No malware program so far could find it. Can you help?
