I ran avast scan and it cam up with 4 warnings and 2 infections. How do I remove these and clean my computer?

I have the free version of avast running.

Computer is MAC pro running OSX

Infections are located in:

users/kate/library/caches/java/cache/6.0/29/119f15d-7ac50d5

infections are described as:

been/piro.class: infection java: agent-du (expl)

plugin/sportgame.class: infections java: agent-dr (expl)

Any help is most appreciated !
