Hi guys,
I have Windows 7 on my laptop and have been experiencing a recent problem with bluescreening. My computer freezes in the middle of whatever it is doing about once every hour and goes into BlueScreen mode, then shuts down. When I restart the computer, I am informed that there was a problem shutting down, and I have the option of starting in safe mode. When I get to my desktop, Windows gives me some information on the error code:
Problem signature:

Locale ID: 1033
Additional information about the problem:

BCP3: 82D3BAE0
BCP4: 85C613C8
OS Version: 6_1_7601

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\061211-23088-01.dmp
C:\Users\OLIVAROSE\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-30264-0.sysdata.xml
I have Avira installed and have for a while, I'm not sure where this problem came from or how I can fix it. Does anyone have any words of guidance they could perchance share?
Thanks guys!
