BleepingComputer.com: Need help removing malware - HIJACK THIS LOG IS BELOW

Hello all - can someone please advise how to remove a nasty malware?
Current biggest problems are:
1) If i click a link from google search, it redirects to another site every time
2) IEXPLORE is opening automatically, even if i terminate it in taskmgr it constantly comes back.

Hi,

Please do the following:

Please download DDS from either of these links

LINK 1
LINK 2

and save it to your desktop.

• Disable any script blocking protection
  
• Double click dds to run the tool.
  
• When done, two DDS.txt's will open.
  
• Save both reports to your desktop.

NEXT

Please download aswMBR ( 511KB ) to your desktop.

• Double click the aswMBR.exe icon to run it
  
• Click the Scan button to start the scan
  
• On completion of the scan, click the save log button, save it to your desktop and post it in your next reply.

thank you for the assist - i believe that my issue was resolved via combofix which found and removed a nasty rootkit in volsnap.sys. will post back if any issues remain, but good for now! again, thank you.
