hello, everytime i'm trying to go on internet, i'm always redirected on search or adds sites

..

my comp is : (Gateway SX2800)i have win 7 home premium 64 bits, IE8, 6 go ram, intel core2 quad cpu Q8300 @ 2.50gh.

can someone help me please ?
