Trojan Virus Please Help Me Remove This

A trial version of Kaspersky indicates that I have the following virus on my newly reconfigured laptop:
virus HEUR:Trojan.Script.Iframer
The listed path is http://pmibusiness.net/adstream/view/platform/vr/p317/adj/mn/
My operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium 32
I have no clue how to remove this. I just had this laptop upgraded and reconfigured, however I am learning that the company that did it does not have a great reputation. I am leery and need help please! Thank you in advance
