When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I suddenly got the virus Malware Protection which keeps sending me pop up messages on the bottom right corner. Also at the same time, I got the virus called Windows 7 Recovery which is finding all these fake viruses. One of the virus deleted ALL my documents, programs, wallpaper, and my homescreen is just black. How do I fix these viruses? Can i fix it without downloading any programs, because i tried the system restore thing but the virus would not let me open it.

Also, im not very advanced so please give easy instructions...Thanks!

if it does towards the bottom of the page shows how to step by step on how to fix this bug.

Follow the above guide. You will need to install the apps in it.

Please post the log when done
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
