Windows Vista Recovery / Redirecting virus

Hi All,

First time on a forum, but needs must!!!!

I have had a windows vista recovery virus on my computer for a number of days, and through several web site I believe I have now removed it however, I think it came in with a redirect virus, which is a complete pain in the A$$!!
Is there anyone who can help sort this out without me having to buy a new antivirus software.
