Hi There,
This is just a quick hello and introduction from myself to anyone who might be interested, I am Fifty Five years old and live in the UK
I have been building and designing computers (2000+) for nearly ten years now and so have a fair knowledge of hardware issues etc. I have for the last few years specialised in anti virus and related problems. I have a lot of free time as I have retired and have been told that my particular skillset is in communication, ie ,I dont try to dazzle people with technical jargon but rather explain in simple, user friendly language and can often act as a "translator" between techie and non techie users, I am quite handy, easy to talk to and am very happy to help others, Thank you for your time and if I can help anyone , I would be very happy to share my experience. Mackison.

One of the hallmarks that have made BC so popular as well as so respected by our Internet peers is our goal to offer courteous and understandable help to people who are not computer experts. I hope you will be an active poster.
Welcome to BC!
Regards,
John
